Creative Page Design Terms and Conditions

By accepting the quote provided by Creative page Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments

  • Creative Page Design will issue invoices at the end of each month or upon project completion, whichever comes first. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt to avoid late fees. Direct deposit is the preferred payment method.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the agreed start date. If cancellation occurs within 2 days, Creative Page Design reserves the right to charge for 2 days of work as a cancellation fee. For hourly projects not billed weekly or monthly, Creative Page Design will invoice for the hours completed plus an additional 2 hours as a cancellation fee.

Ownership

  • Unless an editable template, raw design files remain the property of Creative Page Design. The client will receive only the final PDF or image for their use.

Completion of Work

  • Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all work. Creative Page Design will notify the client upon project completion. The client has 14 days to request edits or changes; after this period, the job will be invoiced and marked as complete. Additional changes requested after this period will be billed as new edits or additions.

Marketing

  • Creative Page Design reserves the right to use completed work in our portfolio to showcase our skills to potential clients.

Images

  • We will only use images that are purchased or legally obtained. Quality images sourced through Adobe Stock and Canva will be billed to the client at the respective company's cost per image. If the source of any images provided cannot be verified, we reserve the right to refuse their use.

Retainer Agreement

  • Retainers cover a set number of hours per week or month. Clients must provide enough work to use these hours; unused hours will be forfeited. If the workload exceeds the allocated hours, the client can choose to pay for additional hours or wait until the next retainer period.

Usual Work Hours

  • Work required outside regular hours or on weekends will incur a 30% surcharge. For example, work needed overnight to be completed by 9 am will attract this fee.

Urgent Work

  • Urgent work, defined as tasks needed with less than 48 hours’ notice, will incur a 30% surcharge.

Confidentiality

  • All confidential information remains the property of the disclosing party and will not be shared or used for any purpose other than that for which it was provided.

Updates

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of changes via email.
